Taking portraits in pure natural light is a favourite of ours and this series of photos was taken indoors on an overcast day in front of a large glass filled door. Having your subject’s face evenly lit and avoiding any casting shadows makes it much easier to achieve a satisfying result. For this photo we used our Panasonic GX8 with the lovely Olympus 45mm f1.8 portrait lens. The images were then taken into Lightroom CC for some post processing including cropping and colouring.
